November 28th through December 9th, Theta Chi Fraternity will be sponsoring their fifth annual 12 Days Project. The Brothers of Theta Chi will be spending 12 days and nights on the James Madison University Commons collecting toys and donations for the underprivileged youth of the Harrisonburg area. Last year the Brothers raised a combined total of over $5,600 worth of toys and monetary contributions; this year we aim to exceed $7,000 in total donations through the help of students, faculty, businesses, and alumni contributions. This event has received excellent press coverage in the past by local papers and live television news interviews by ABC-affiliate WHSV-3. All of the proceeds will go towards the Salvation Army and their Toy Convoy for local children. We can accept
donations in the form of cash, check (make payable to Theta Chi 12 Days),
or with a credit card online. If
you have any further questions, please direct them to John Palombo, the 12
Days Chairman. For
more information, please contact John Palombo: Congratulations Alpha Phi for winning our sorority donation competition this year! We and the children of Harrisonburg appreciate all the contributions made by the Greek community. Contributors: Jeffrey
