Beep Test Directions

Run on a dry non-slip surface [turf, grass, gym floor].

Set cones 22yd (20m) apart, and set a halfway cone on the 11yd line.

Run from cone to cone, 22yd, in time with the cadence of the beeps.

There are 3 beeps per section: the start line beep, the intermediate pacing beep, and the end line beep.

You must be to the lines on the beeps (start line and end line).

The intermediate pacing beep is for you to use to pace the runs properly, you should be at the 11yd mark on this beep.

Two consecutive missed lines and you're out.  Your score is your last successful made line, so if you miss 13.4 and 13.5 then your test score would be 13.3.

Your goal is to run as long as you can without missing two beeps.
