SHRM will be hosting JMU alumnus, Bo
Burch on Wednesday, November 16 at 6:30 PM in Showker
204. Mr. Burch founded and launched his own company,
Human Capital Solutions, Inc. where he specializes in
sizing up and developing talent to meet the needs of business
plans. He currently speaks, employs, and mentors several
University of North Carolina Wilmington students where he lives
in Wrightsville Beach, NC. He will be coming to share some of
the same advice he provides to those students with us,
specifically about career direction, really understanding what
employers are looking for, and how to succinctly articulate your
value proposition.
