Outrigger Peer Educators are students who are dedicated to assisting campus and community organizations through facilitation. Outriggers develop individualized and interactive programs catered to the specific needs of the requesting organization. These students are trained to promote organizational cohesion by fostering team building, group dynamics, communication, motivation, cultural diversity, and leadership development.
Outrigger Peer Educators provide the opportunity for organizations to recognize and fulfill their own highest potential. Ultimately, Outrigger Peer Educators are "Peers Helping Peers Help Themselves."
