Information:

• Practices: Land training begins Monday, September 1st at Purcell Park. Here are directions: http://www.harrisonburgva.gov/index.php?id=355. We will begin practices at the South Fork Shenandoah River on Monday, September 8th.
  
  Practice times Include:
  Monday            4:30
  Tuesday           4:30
  Wednesday      4:30
  Thursday          4:30
  Friday               4:30
  Saturday           10am
   

• Carpool: A carpool will leave from the front of the bookstore at 4pm sharp for 4:30 practices and at 9:30am for Saturday and Sunday's 10am. If you are late, you will be left behind and responsible for finding a ride to the water yourself!  If you are driving yourself, please be on time for practice.
   

• Fundraiser: We are volunteering at the football game on Saturday, September 6th as hawkers. More information to follow by email. Thanks for signing up everyone!!
   

• Recommended Clothing for practice: Spandex, layers, running shoes, and socks. Extra cloths for the car in case you get wet.
   

• Directions to the water:
  1. Drive East on US 33
  2. Make a left onto rt 602 (first turn after Massanutten)
  3. Drive straight on rt 602 until you pass the bridge
  4. The landing will be the first right after the bridge (Morrison Drive)
  5. If you enter the town, you've gone too far!
   

• Please note that dues are NON-REFUNDABLE.
